  Do not hire this company for a home inspection!!! Kevin is the one who did our inspection and claimed if he could stab the wood with a screwdriver it was rotten... he was also very rude.. I have been a carpenter for eight years four of which was spent doing remodeling, I know what rotten wood is....this guy is a conman.
